Delete your account

You can delete your Movearium account and everything in it at any time, or delete just some of your data and keep your account.
In the app
Open Movearium and go to Profile, the gear at the top, Settings, Delete account. The app asks you to sign in again to confirm.
What gets deleted
Your profile, your moves, videos, sessions, lists, classes and events, and every file you uploaded are deleted straight away.
Reports other people made about content may be kept as long as needed to keep the community safe. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
If you can't sign in
Email support@movearium.com from the address you signed up with and write “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
Delete some of your data, keep your account
You can delete anything you have added to Movearium yourself, at any time, without deleting your account:
- A move and all its videos: open the move, tap ⋯, then Delete move. To delete several at once, press and hold a move in your Library, select the others, then Delete.
- A single video on a move: open the move, tap Edit on its videos, then delete the video.
- A routine, a list or an event: open it, tap ⋯, then Delete.
- A training session: open the session, then Delete session.
- Your profile details (name, bio, photos, links): Profile, Edit profile, then clear or change them.
Each item is deleted straight away, together with its uploaded files, and can’t be restored. Anything you had made public disappears from your profile at the same time. To ask us to delete something for you instead, email support@movearium.com and we’ll do it within 30 days.
