Terms of use
Last updated 26 October 2026
These are the rules for using Movearium, the training library and log for aerial, circus and pole athletes. We've kept them short and plain. Please read them, and especially the part about training safely.
Who we are and these terms
Movearium is operated by Loepfe Consulting FZCO, licence number 56774, Premise Number 56774-001, IFZA Business Park, DDP, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, "we" and "us" means Loepfe Consulting FZCO, and "you" means the person using Movearium.
By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to the Community Guidelines in the app. How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Movearium.
Your account
- You must be 16 or over. Movearium isn't intended for children under 16.
- One account, one person. Your account is just for you. Don't share it, and don't use someone else's.
- Be yourself. Don't pretend to be another person, studio or brand.
- Keep it secure. Keep your password and sign-in to yourself. If you think someone else has got into your account, email us at support@movearium.com.
Your content
What you add stays yours. You own your videos, photos, moves, routines, sessions, notes and everything else you put in Movearium.
So that the app can work, you give us a limited licence to store, process and show your content, only in the way your settings choose:
- Private: only you can see it. New moves, routines and sessions start private.
- Public: other signed-in Movearium users can see it.
- Shared with a class: the people in that class can see it.
This licence is free, worldwide and lets us do only what running Movearium needs: keep your files backed up, make smaller copies and preview pictures so videos play well, and show your content to the people your settings allow, including challenge entries you post. Our service providers can do the same, only for us.
We use this licence only to run Movearium. We don't sell your content and we don't use it for advertising. We don't use it to train AI models, and we will ask you first before we ever use it to promote Movearium. It ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backup copies, which drop out within 7 days. What happens to a move a student saved from your class is explained under Classes and sharing.
When you add something, you confirm that you have the right to add it, and that everyone else in your clips has agreed to be filmed and shown. If you film a teacher's choreography, share it only in a way that respects the teacher's wishes. Music in your clips may belong to someone else, so only make a clip public if you are allowed to.
Keep your own copies. We back up your videos carefully, but please keep your own copy of anything you can't replace.
What's not allowed
Don't use Movearium to:
- post anything the Community Guidelines don't allow, or anything illegal;
- harass, threaten or spy on anyone, or share someone's private information or footage without their agreement;
- post content that belongs to someone else without their permission;
- send spam or unwanted advertising;
- copy content or data from Movearium in bulk, or use bots or scripts to use it;
- get around privacy settings, blocks, limits or security, or try to get into accounts or systems that aren't yours;
- copy, change or resell the app, or work out its code, except where the law allows it.
Community guidelines and reports
The Community Guidelines in the app (Settings, Community Guidelines) apply to everything you post. We may remove content, or suspend accounts, that break them. When someone reports content, we review it within 24 hours.
Text you post is checked automatically for abusive words before it is saved. Videos are reviewed by a person when they are reported. If we remove your content or limit your account, we'll tell you what we did and why, unless the law stops us or telling you would put someone at risk. You can reply to ask us to look again, and a person will review it.
Reporting illegal content or a copyright problem. Use Report in the app, or email support@movearium.com, even if you don't have an account. Tell us where the content is, why you think it's illegal or breaks your rights, and how to reach you. If it's about your copyright, say that you own the work or act for the owner. We act quickly on clear reports, and we close the accounts of people who break others' rights again and again.
Classes and sharing
A teacher can share a list of moves with a class.
- Saving a copy. Students in the class can save a copy of a shared move into their own library. The copy is credited to the teacher and stays private.
- The teacher's videos stay the teacher's. Students watch them streamed from the teacher's library. They are never copied.
- When access ends. A student can no longer watch the teacher's videos once they leave the class or are removed from it, or once the teacher deletes the move.
- Share with teacher. A student can share their own attempt at a class move with the teacher. It's off by default, and only that class's teacher can see a shared attempt.
- Teachers run their own classes. A teacher is responsible for what they share with their class. Movearium gives them the tools; we don't check or approve the teaching.
Challenges and events
- Challenges are run by Movearium. When you post an entry, that clip, the move name and your caption are seen by every signed-in Movearium user. Badges are just for fun and have no money value. If a challenge ever has a prize, it will have its own rules, shown before you enter.
- Events are posted by members, not by us. We don't organise, check or sell tickets for them. Check the details, the price and safety with the organiser.
- Links in profiles and events go to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.
Train safely
Pole, aerial and circus training carries a real risk of injury. Movearium is a notebook for your training. It is not instruction, coaching or medical advice, and nothing in it tells you that a move is safe for you.
Train within your level. Warm up, use crash mats, and learn new moves with a qualified instructor or a spotter.
You are responsible for how you train. That includes any move you try after seeing it in Movearium, whoever shared it.
Plans and payments
- Free, and nothing to pay. At launch Movearium has one plan, Free. It includes every feature in the app today and backs up up to 2 GB of your videos. To save space, Free backs up a smaller copy of each video, not the full-size file.
- When you reach 2 GB. New videos stop backing up, and the app tells you how much space a video needs and how much you have left. Nothing you have already backed up is deleted, and your moves, notes, routines and sessions keep saving as normal. To make room, delete clips you no longer need (Settings, Backup storage), or choose Pro once it is available.
- Pro comes later. Movearium Pro, with more backup space, will be sold through the App Store and Google Play. Paid plans aren't switched on yet, and nothing in the app can be bought today.
- Before paid plans start, we'll tell you in the app at least 30 days ahead, and show what Free and Pro include. You will never be charged unless you choose to buy Pro.
- Features that may become paid. We may later make some features part of a paid plan, for example tools for teachers who run classes. Before a feature you use stops being free, we'll tell you in the app at least 30 days ahead, and nothing you already saved is deleted.
- Founding members get Pro at no cost, as we promised, for as long as their account exists and Movearium offers Pro.
Once paid plans start, this is how Movearium Pro will work:
- Bought through your store. You buy Pro in the app, through the App Store or Google Play, and Apple or Google bills you. The price, including any tax, is shown in the store before you confirm.
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. To stop the next payment, cancel in your store's subscription settings at least 24 hours before it renews. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Free trials. If a plan comes with a free trial, it turns into a paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- One-time purchase. If we offer Pro for a single payment, it gives you Pro for as long as your account exists and Movearium offers Pro.
- Price changes. If a price goes up, your store tells you before it applies, and asks you to agree where its rules or the law say so.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, under their own rules. Your rights under the consumer law where you live, including any right to cancel, are not affected.
- Pro follows your account. It works on any phone where you sign in to the same Movearium account.
- Deleting your Movearium account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your store's subscription settings first.
App stores
If you got Movearium from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your use of Google Play.
Apple and Google are not responsible for Movearium or its support. Questions about the app come to us. These terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. If the app fails to meet a promise the law gives you, you can tell Apple, and Apple will refund what you paid for the app, if anything; beyond that, Apple has no duty about the app. We, not Apple, deal with any claim about the app, including product claims, legal claims and claims that it breaks someone's rights. You confirm that you are not in a country under a US embargo and not on a US list of people who may not get US products. Apple and its subsidiaries can enforce these terms against you.
Our app and our name
We give you a personal right to use the Movearium app on phones you own or control, for your own training. You can't sell or pass this right to anyone else. The app, its design, its built-in move library and the Movearium name and logo belong to us. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without owing you anything.
Changes to Movearium
Movearium is new, and we'll keep changing and improving it. We may add, change or remove features. If we ever plan to close Movearium, we'll tell you in the app at least 30 days ahead, so you can save your videos.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app, in Settings. See how to delete your account, including if you can’t sign in.
We may suspend or end an account for serious or repeated breaches of these terms or the Community Guidelines, or when the law requires it. Unless the law stops us or it would put someone at risk, we'll tell you why, and you can ask us to look again.
Our responsibility
We work to keep Movearium running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, the app is provided as is.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses we could not have expected, for losses caused by how you train, or for what other members post or do. If we are responsible for a loss, our total responsibility to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us for Movearium in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Your mandatory consumer rights where you live are not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai can hear any dispute about them. This doesn't take away the mandatory protections of the country you live in. If you live in the EU, the UK or another country whose law gives you that right, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
If something goes wrong, please write to us first. Most problems can be sorted out quickly, and we'll try to within 30 days.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll let you know in the app at least 30 days before they take effect, unless a change is needed sooner by law or to keep people safe. If you don't agree with a change, you can delete your account before it takes effect.
Other things
- If a court finds part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a rule straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- We may pass these terms to a company that takes over Movearium. Your rights under them stay the same.
- These terms, the Community Guidelines and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Movearium.
